Harbour Point, Baltimore

Previously this site was undeveloped and unused for years, now being the areas newest waterfront neighbourhood, blending office, retail, residences, hotels, and large amounts of green space into an extension of the new city.

Our Ideas
As this project was one of the first successful waterfront developments, it changed the way developers viewed waterfronts. This development has the perfect blend of all social aspects, attracting people in for work, home and even just for the day social activities. This is what our development needs to incorporate, and make sure it isn't focused on one aspect but brings all activities and reasons for being there.
